2. Targeted Dissemination (Paid):

• Pinning conference posts (per week/month) on AFREDAC social media.
• Ubuntu Platform and event-specific newsletter (3000+ subscribers)

3. Fostering Discussion:

• Building a Community (Free):
  Advantages: Maintain your own community, semantic analysis, subtopics/subdiscussions, and set up Zoom for meetings/webinars/online workshops.
• Using the Afredac Discussion Forum (Free):
  Managed by Afredac staff with moderation for passive discussions, highlighted discussions incorporated into the newsletter.

4. Conference Abstract Publication (Free*):

Afredac Resource Centre supports the development and database of fit-for-purpose products to support researchers and data scientists, including DOI assignments and repositories/publication of research abstracts, presentations, and posters.

*Note: We can train a member of your team to input all the abstracts using our platform’s format. Otherwise, depending on the workload, we can supply an AFREDAC team member to support and bill you for the team’s time.

5. Overall Engagement Report (Paid):

Engagement reports can help you understand whether your media campaign is reaching your intended audience. It can be produced midway or at the end of the campaign to help the conference team learn and identify areas for improvement.
